The following challenges awaits you:

  • Work in close relation with Director of Clinical Affairs, local representatives in their regions, and coordinate with sales mangers team members.
  • Support the implementation of any RCTs, visit sites as needed.
  • Coordinate clinical activities with designated salesperson to assist in the proper and safe use of ETS products to improve patient and clinical outcomes.
  • Monitor ETS email and phone calls and return response in a timely manner to any request or question to include all team members associated with ETS business.
  • Be available for clinical calls in their respective regional area and back up for their clinical team members for additional support as needed by corporate office.
  • Initiate training for new hire on-boarding with additional training of sales reps whenever needed.
  • Represent ETS at industry tradeshows and related surgical conferences.
  • Support Marketing Materials as case studies.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • Minimum 3 years in wound care in a medical device company preferred.
  • Experience working for a sales organization. 
  • To be able to attend weekly telephone team calls.
  • Promote and support a working team environment.
  • To be able to conduct in-services request, by the corporate office, or from the independent representative team and / or sales team members that have been approved by each respective supervisor.
  • Demonstrates fiscal responsibility in the management of time, travel, and resources related to business.
