The primary responsibility of this position is to balance production orders and ready them for back-distribution

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP-Planning

    • Processing of request for quotation and coordination of delivery dates

    • Release production orders

    • Ensuring a smooth production process, including coordination of the right items in the right amount at the right time, in the right place

    • Prepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacity

    • Secure the on-time delivery of production 

    • Monitor delivery times and stock levels

    • Lead the weekly CFM meeting incl. documentation 

    • Control unprocessed material bookings (COGI)

    • Lead and develop Planning employees

    • Maintain all relevant production master data like BOM´s and Routing´s.

What is required for this role:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, Accounting, Chemistry,

    • Or equivalent experience (min 5 years) in production planning. 

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP. 

    • Be detail oriented and can think critically. 

    • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership ability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
