Position Summary

As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of materials. From receiving shipments to preparing outgoing deliveries, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely move materials using carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy in description and weight.
  • Organize materials by classification and status.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging and documentation.
  • Perform cycle counts and verify weights to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate with the operations team to ensure accurate system entries in our ERP system.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Calibrate scales and ensure accurate weighing of materials.
  • Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and additional duties as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred but not a must.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to perform measurements, conversions, and basic calculations.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
