Das können Sie bewegen:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden (Facharbeiter, Maschinenbediener, Produktionskräfte)
- Verantwortung für die Bereiche: Reinigung und Beizen von Bauteilen, Galvanische Prozesse, Vorbereitung und Maskierung für die Sputteranlage (teilweise automatisiert), Sputtern
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von EHS-Vorgaben (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen gemäß geltenden Vorschriften
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Produktionsbereichen sowie dem Technologenteam
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Sicherheit
- Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Verantwortungsbereich
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Oberflächentechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise in einem der genannten Bereiche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen und im EHS-Management
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams in einem industriellen Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Prozess- und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
