The following challenges await you:

• Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities, to guarantee growth within the business line in existing and adjacent applications.
• Support business decisions by gathering, interpreting, and reporting market information, including market modeling and trend analyses.
• Monitor markets and competitive playfields to identify risks and opportunities and to evaluate potential partnerships or acquisitions, in all regions (incl. China).
• Prepare business cases and concepts, including financial models and go-to-market strategy, to support decision-making at the executive level.
• Support cross-functional projects with new and existing partners that align with the business line strategy, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
• Act as a business development partner for internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange across the organization.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Physics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, a technical background is helpful
• At least 2 years of professional experience, either in a corporate development/ sales/ project management role within an industrial company or in consulting
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in market analysis and business case development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in cross-regional collaboration and communication (incl. China)
• Ability to structure complex (technological) topics and drive strategic initiatives across departments
• Very good German and English skills
