The following challenges await you:

  • You manage and develop strategic key accounts within the global lamp business, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Beyond this, you cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and effective collaboration.
  • You also take the lead in identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint across regions and applications.
  • When it comes to negotiations, you handle complex pricing and contract discussions with key customers, ensuring commercially sound and competitive agreements.
  • Furthermore, you drive global lamp sales performance, structuring and optimizing pricing, sales approaches, and portfolio strategies together with Product Management.
  • As the central point of contact and market expert, you support Sales Managers, enabling them to grow their accounts and enhance overall business performance.
  • You contribute to strategic initiatives and projects related to the lamp business, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and delivering measurable impact.

Your Profile:

  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales, key account management, or business development, preferably within an industrial or technology-driven environment
  • Proven experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing high-value customer relationships
  • Strong ability to build, maintain, and expand business relationships with key stakeholders across different regions and cultures
  • Strategic thinking combined with solid project management skills, with the ability to structure and drive initiatives independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong result-driven approach and a high level of ownership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels
  • Technical understanding and experience in the lamp and/or quartz industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German
