Das können Sie bewegen:
- Sie sind für die fachliche Führung und Anleitung des Produktionsteams verantwortlich. Dazu gehört die Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Sicherheitsvorschriften, die Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen sowie die Unterstützung von Mitarbeiterentwicklungen.
- Sie überwachen und steuern die chemischen Produktionsprozesse, dokumentieren die Prozesse sowie führen Wartungen durch.
- Zur Qualitätssicherung führen Sie regelmäßige Kontrollen durch und arbeiten eng mit der Abteilung Quality Control zusammen.
- Die Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen treiben Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen voran.
- Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzvorgaben verantwortlich.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemikanten sowie erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister oder vergleichbares
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit fachlicher Führungsverantwortung
- Bereitschaft zur täglichen Arbeitszeit zwischen ca. 12 bis 20 Uhr
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamorientierung mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
