The following challenges await you:
- In your role, you will lead global business development efforts in the field of Orbital Propulsion for Aerospace and adjacent fields, identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing and emerging international players.
- You will strengthen our global position in the aerospace catalyst market by developing and implementing strategies.
- Furthermore, you will analyze trends, regulations, and applications in the aerospace industry.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, partners, and industry leaders are key aspects of your role.
- You will utilize various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry partnerships to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Align business development efforts and create jointly compelling proposals by working closely with Sales, R&D, and other internal teams, is essential.
- You will manage the business development pipeline and track opportunities to successful completion.
Your profile:
- Doctorate (PhD) in a relevant field is preferred
- Aerospace Industry Experience is Mandatory
- Several years of experience in the fields of materials science, engineering or chemistry
- Skills in dealing with the aerospace industry
- Sound knowledge in sales, R&D or business development roles in the B2B technology sector
- High willingness to travel globally
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
- Advanced MS Office skills
