The following challenges await you:

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Execute organizational tasks and follow-up activities as directed by sales representatives.

  • Assist Sales leadership with compiling reports, tracking sales activity, maintaining customer data, and coordinating requested updates in the CRM.

  • Help manage early-stage data entry from tradeshow leads and ensure accurate documentation of sales interactions.

  • Assist Sales to organize and follow up on leads generated from tradeshows and events.

  • Ensure timely and professional outreach to potential customers’ post-event, with agreed to language provided by Sales leadership.

  • Track lead status and compile tradeshow/lead, and CRM KPI reports monthly.

  • Provide targeting analytics utilizing external marketing intelligence platforms. 

Sales Operational Support:

  • Support the sales team with tracking and reconciling sample inventory and trunk stock.

  • Maintain clear, organized documentation of product movement and returns; assist in improving processes to ensure accurate and efficient inventory control. 

  • Provide limited support to the operations team by assisting with training new employees and serving as backup, if specifically requested, for the sample and sales order fulfillment process.

  • Strong conduit between Sales, Operations and ERP platform

  • Develop and deliver defined documentation for the IT onboarding/offboarding process, and provide training to selected team members to ensure handover and continuity.

  • Support customer order coordination, invoicing, and order confirmations as directed.

  • Assist with new account setup and required documentation in coordination with Sales and Operations.

  • Act as a first-line escalation support for sales-related operational issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.

      Administrative Excellence:

  • Provide reliable, responsive administrative support with a high level of accuracy.

  • Take initiative to anticipate team needs and follow through on tasks with minimal oversight.

  • Demonstrate a “go above and beyond” mindset to support the success of the sales team.

  • Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and internal policies.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a related field, or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field.

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative sales roles (healthcare or medical device industry preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).

  • Ability to take direction, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies
