- Sie führen eigenständig Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit Kliniknetzwerken, Key Opinion Leadern und Einkaufsgemeinschaften stets mit Blick auf nachhaltige Kundenbindung und Marktanteilssteigerung.
- Sie steuern die Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Account-spezifischen Maßnahmen, einschließlich Umsatzanalysen, Bonusabrechnungen und Forecasts.
- Sie verantworten die Budgetplanung und -überwachung für Ihre Accounts und leiten daraus strategische Investitionsentscheidungen ab.
- Sie repräsentieren unser Unternehmen auf Fachmessen, Kongressen und bei Kundenterminen – sowohl national als auch international.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Medizintechnik, Gesundheitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder Vertrieb – idealerweise in der Medizintechnik oder im Gesundheitswesen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über klinische Entscheidungsprozesse, regulatorische Anforderungen (z. B. MDR) und Investitionsgüter
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und strategischem Denken
