The following challenges await you:

Marketing & Brand Strategy 

  • Lead ETS brand positioning, marketing priorities, and external engagement strategy. 

  • Maintain brand standards and approve external-facing messaging/materials for consistency and compliance. 

  • Direct strategic oversight of website, social media, campaigns, and content priorities. 

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen market visibility, credibility, and differentiation. 

Messaging & Market Positioning 

  • Develop compliant, outcomes-driven messaging aligned with ETS clinical value. 

  • Translate evidence into compelling content for sales, education, digital platforms, and collateral. 

  • Partner with Clinical, Product, and Compliance to ensure alignment with approved claims. 

Digital Strategy & Governance 

  • Define strategy for ETS digital presence (web, social, Dynamics/email). 

  • Ensure communications are targeted, compliant, and aligned with commercial goals. 

  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to drive engagement and visibility. 

Trade Shows & Market Presence 

  • Lead ETS onsite marketing presence at key industry events. 

  • Develop conference strategy aligned with ROI and commercial objectives. 

  • Build relationships with clinicians, customers, and partners to elevate ETS credibility. 

  • Ensure event deliverables align with brand standards and messaging. 

Medical Education (CME/CE & Speaker Programs) 

  • Lead annual education strategy, calendar, and speaker bureau direction. 

  • Establish standards for content quality, clinical credibility, and compliance. 

  • Track impact and refine strategy based on engagement and outcomes. 

KOL Strategy 

  • Lead the ETS KOL program strategy and engagement model. 

  • Identify and manage key KOL relationships and strategic activities. 

  • Ensure compliant execution of advisory, speaker, and peer-to-peer initiatives. 

Patient Testimonials & Storytelling 

  • Lead strategy for compliant patient testimonials and outcomes storytelling. 

  • Partner with vendors/internal stakeholders to ensure quality, privacy, and approved messaging. 

Signature Events (e.g., VT2) 

  • Lead strategic oversight of flagship events, including agenda, theme, and KOL participation. 

  • Ensure events strengthen brand authority and market engagement. 

Reimbursement & Market Access Messaging 

  • Support reimbursement and market access messaging to improve adoption and provider confidence. 

Marketing Metrics & KPIs 

  • Develop KPIs and dashboards tied to digital engagement, education, conferences, KOL impact, and lead funnel performance

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required. 

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience required. 

  • Medical device, wound care, biotech, or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred. 

  • Demonstrated experience supporting clinician engagement, professional education, and KOL relationship development. 

  • Proven ability to translate clinical data into compliant market-facing messaging. 

  • O.R. or surgical experience is a plus 

  • Experience with skin substitutes preferred.  

  • Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies.
