Propósito del trabajo
Realizar Mantenimiento Preventivo a los equipos de producción. Debe ejecutarse con base en procedimientos para asegurar el correcto desempeño. Apoyar al área de mantenimiento de rectificado/ensamble en tareas supervisadas. Mantiene las 5´s en las áreas de trabajo y da prioridad a los lineamientos de seguridad y calidad establecidos por la empresa en las tareas diarias.
Responsabilidades principales
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo para mantener la maquinaria funcionando en excelentes condiciones operativas.
- Ejecutar y cerrar las tareas en MC. Mantener las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo generadas en MC a la fecha.
- Seguimiento de la metodología 5´s, Aplicar la metodología 5´s implementar en las áreas de mantenimiento.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad, Asegurarse de la aplicación de los procedimientos de seguridad.
- GAS, Mantener actualizados los procedimientos de GAS.
Conocimientos, habilidades y capacidades
Educación
- Técnico medio en mantenimiento, electrónica, electricidad, precisión o afín.
- Bachiller en educción media.
Conocimientos y habilidades
- Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office e Inglés básico es deseable.
- Proactividad.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras.
Experiencia
- 0-3 años de experiencia en puestos de mantenimiento o relacionados.
- Manejo básico de herramientas manuales.
- Conocimientos de normas de seguridad.
