Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible to manage electrophysiology (EP) catheter project(s) and project activities according to project schedule. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive team to complete project on time and on budget. This position will be based in Fridley, MN, but will require travel to Costa Rica.  

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct project and project activities needed to achieve project objectives.
  • Work closely with project team to complete project according to project schedule.
  • Establish strong ownership of the project and project activities, driving successful results through leadership.
  • Provide a breadth of project and technical expertise as needed to ensure project execution.
  • Effectively communicate complex information with varying levels of collaborators, including customers and stakeholders
  • Lead early development project activities for quoting in support of securing new projects for the business.
  • Lead new projects from initiation to hand-off to operations.
  • Provide a strong understanding of project needs, risks, and timing necessary to meet competing project schedules
  • Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per Heraeus Medevio Quality System.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.

What is Required for This Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related technical field required.
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering experience required, including previous experience as project manager in the medical device industry.
  • Strong experience in use of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, or others).
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient at solving problems in a timely manner.
  • Must be willing and able to travel approximately 25% of the time, mainly between Minnesota, USA and Costa Rica.

Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected hiring range for this position is between $115,000 and $140,000 based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity. This position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 10% of base salary depending on company and individual performance. Our total compensation package includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off.
