Das können Sie bewegen:
- Gestalten Sie in dieser Schnittstellenfunktion gemeinsam mit Heraeus Medical das Produkt Management für den global wachsenden Markt innovativer, resorbierbarer Knochenersatzmaterialien. Leisten Sie damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag, Patienten im Knochenheilungsprozess und der Wiedererlangung ihrer Mobilität zu unterstützen.
- Sie entwickeln die globale Produkt- und Markenstrategie sowie die jährliche Marketingplanung für den neuen Bereich „Resorbables“. Daraus leiten Sie taktische Maßnahmen ab und realisieren diese gemeinsam mit den zugeordneten Ländern.
- Ableitend von der Zulassungsstrategie steuern Sie aktiv Produktneueinführungen inklusive der entsprechenden Launch Aktivitäten für verschiedene Länder.
- Basierend auf Trend- und Wettbewerbsanalysen konzeptionieren und definieren Sie eine geeignete Value Proposition und eine nachhaltig erfolgreiche Produktpositionierung im Markt.
- Ausgerichtet an den Bedürfnissen des Marktes etablieren und pflegen Sie gute Beziehungen zu Kunden, Fachexperten, Anwendern und Meinungsbildnern.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (vorzugsweise Schwerpunkt Marketing/Sales) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Brand- oder Produktmanagement
- Kenntnisse über Knochenersatzmaterialien und deren Interaktion mit dem menschlichen Gewebe
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und strategische Denkweise
