The following challenges await you:

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation.
  • Analyze and translate business and HR requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HR processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain Business Rules to automate and streamline HR workflows.
  • Support data migration, data validation, and system testing activities during implementations and enhancements.
  • Document system configurations, business rules, integration specifications and process flows.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
  • Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and proactively recommend continuous improvements.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise and HR processes knowledge
  • Deep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and Role Based Permissions
  • Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management
  • Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus Document Management systems like Open Text
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
  • Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
